By registering, accessing, or using Lumive’s services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from using our services.

3. Definitions

3.1 Licensed Software: Refers to the software system developed by Lumive, which can be installed on specified mobile terminals.
3.2 Services: Pertains to the services provided by Lumive and its partners, accessible via the Licensed Software.

4. Service Description

Lumive offers intelligent life equipment management services. Users can connect to smart devices on Lumive’s platform, enabling device interlinkage and management. Services may be updated or paused for maintenance without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Users must ensure the accuracy and legality of their data input.
5.2 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Lumive is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Security and Privacy

6.1 Lumive employs robust security measures to protect user data and devices.
6.2 Our data collection, usage, and sharing practices are detailed in the Lumive Privacy Policy.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Lumive’s liability for damages is limited as per applicable laws.
7.2 Lumive is not responsible for damages arising from user negligence or misuse.

8. Third-Party Interactions

8.1 Some services may involve third-party software or services. Lumive is not responsible for third-party actions or data handling.
8.2 Users acknowledge that Lumive may change third-party providers or use similar services from different providers.

9. Service Standards and Restrictions

9.1 Users must adhere to ethical and legal standards when using Lumive’s services.
9.2 Lumive reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate these standards.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Lumive encourages amicable dispute resolutions.
10.2 Unresolved disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in an agreed-upon jurisdiction.

11. Compliance with Regulations

11.1 Lumive adheres to all applicable laws and regulations governing IoT devices.
11.2 Users must ensure their use of Lumive products complies with local regulations.

12. Agreement Modifications

Lumive may update this Agreement to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or company policies. Users will be notified of significant changes.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved in the People’s Court of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, United Kingdom, WC1N 3AX.

By using Lumive’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
